Role and tasks

  • You are the first sales expert in our company and contribute to our sustainable success
  • You win medium-sized organizations as new customers for us and use proven methods of market and customer analysis to do so
  • You identify and qualify information on tenders, intentions to award contracts and other opportunities for targeted sales acquisition
  • You look after existing customers and build structured, long-term relationships with them
  • You analyze lost customer orders and derive improvement measures
  • You take over the structuring and management of our quotation processes and tools and drive qualitative improvement
  • You maintain close relationships with marketing, delivery and product management and provide impetus for addressing the market and expanding our portfolio

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience in B2B sales and ideally have basic business management or commercial knowledge
  • Your appearance is both professional and individual
  • You can talk to decision-makers in medium-sized companies at eye level, are engaging and can simplify complex issues in a way that is appropriate to the situation
  • You work carefully and have high quality standards for yourself
  • You have both an interest in and an understanding of cyber security and the special challenges faced by medium-sized organizations
  • Bonus: You have experience with B2B services that require explanation
  • You speak German at native speaker level and English at least at C1 level
