1️⃣ us and our customers: $bigcon thrives to keep clients dependent to secure easy future business. We thrive to develop customers to become independent of us. We want to make an impact by helping as many clients as possible and so we need to develop concepts, that scale better than 1 consultant works on 1 project at 1 customer. We need to get the job done and move on.
2️⃣ we and society: $bigcon have a negative impact on society at large. If you dont believe me, just read Mariana Matzucatto's last books. We are driven by making the world a better place and not only do we give 25% of our profits to NGOs working in the spirit of the European Union. We are also trying to be as transparent as possible - internally and externally - to make potential conflicts of interest visible as soon as possible.
3️⃣ people at intcube: $bigcon have a hierarchy of consultant roles and operate in the well-known up-or-out model. We foster personal growth, diversity and mutual respect in a highly self-organized, fluid, transparent and interdisciplinary organization where everyone is valued and we all work together to deliver excellent results.
It comes down to challenging the traditional "money for time" and "taking expertise from one client to win a deal at the next potential customer" model while at the same time catering to the legitimate consultancy needs of our clients.
We are not yet able to always achieve what we set out to do. But we are getting there step by step. And that is what #unconsultancy means: A commitment to our clients, all the people at intcube and society at large to collaborate with all interested parties towards a better, sustainable, secure and resilient future while being realistic enough to compromise.
We'll be in touch.
